End-of-Project evaluation of the European-Union Funded Project “Technical Assistance to Enhance Accessibility and Use of the Jordanian MoE EMIS for Evidence-Based Policy Formulation” — Final Report
The OpenEMIS project made a strong contribution to its overall development objective of improving education planning and management in Jordan — both through the core OpenEMIS work stream and through the additional advisory services rendered in the second half of the project. The project also made a strong contribution to its immediate objective of establishing a government-owned, cost effective Education Decision Support System, without fully realizing it in practice.
